location is great. but Ive stayed at a lot of mantra hotels and others in the chain of hotels this is the worst mantra i have stayed in blind fell down first night. shower head broken in ensuite. toilet constantly running. mould in second bathroom and on Air con vents. not great for guests with allergies or asthma. honestly think this specific hotel is lower quality than the budget chains in hotel chains. staff were great but not worth the $2000 for four nights.
It’s not the most modern place, but the two bed apartment i stayed in was spacious. It’s got old carpets with some old looks. Had everything from ironing board, washing machine and dryer to cutlery, cook ware etc. air conditioning was perfect. Queen bed was actually two beds put together.
My stay was very comfortable and relaxing.
There was nothing wrong with our stay. Staff were helpful, room relaxing and had all we needed. Location easy access to restaurants and beach. Only thing, gardener needs to trim trees at front of the sign as drove past entrance twice trying to find it...
Haven't even started our holiday yet on the Gold Coast, but just wanted to say the hugest THANK YOU to Corey at Mantra Broadbeach. I rang earlier in the week to make some room requests, and Corey said that he would try his best. I was very pleasantly surprised when Corey rang me this morning (before we even left Sydney) to say that he had managed to fulfill all my room requests! Thank you, Corey, for outstanding service and impressive commitment to try and make sure that every guest has a wonderful stay!
We were moved to Mantra Broadbeach on the Park from Avani who had been affected significantly by flooding a loss of electricity. Mantra Broadbeach on the Park saved us from no where to stay the weekend of schoolies and we had a lovely stay. We found the night staff helpful, security was so kind and our day receptionist was lovely. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was so spacious (though the bathrooms could use a wee bit of TLC). Such an easy walk to everywhere and really good pool facilities.
Thank you for coming to our rescue, we so appreciated everything and especially your staff - particularly on arrival when we were exhausted, hungry and let down by our other property.
